Laura Schall has been partnering with hiring managers since 1996. Initially hired by Robert Half International in Arlington, Virginia she worked in one of the highest volume offices in the country. Over the next several years, Laura joined several of the world’s top companies including Siemens, Argent Mortgage, Korn Ferry International and PRA International. Laura has helped each of these companies hire some of the brightest executives in their fields. Laura is now owner of a boutique-recruiting firm, Foot in the Door Recruiting that specializes in Executive, Life Sciences, IT, Green and Government Contract Recruitment. She brings her expertise and vast network of candidates to provide her clients the best possible service at the best possible cost.
In addition to her BS in Psychology from George Mason University in Fairfax Virginia, Laura is a member of SHRM, ERE, Linkedin and several other Recruiting organizations and is an active participant in various international recruiting exchanges.
